  2. Select the colour/size/type and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
  3. Once you have finalised your selection you can ‘View your Cart’ (top right next to 'Search')
  4. Make sure your order is 100%, you can increase quantity here and then click 'Proceed to checkout'

 

FILL IN YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

  1. Fill in your personal contact and delivery details.
  2. Click 'Continue to next step'
  3. Select your shipping method and your payment option: You can make Instant EFT payments, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque Card, Mobicred, Bitcoin via PayFast.
  4. Click ‘Complete my purchase” and follow the appropriate payment prompts.

 

YOUR ORDER

Your order will be hand delivered via our courier company to your door or to your nearest Post Office - View delivery information for delivery times. We deliver in South Africa for free on orders! For very remote areas not serviced by our normal courier we will have to deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest accessible town to you.

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Once payment reflects in our account and verified, it takes approximately Door to Door Courier ( 2 to 5 working days )

If you used bank transfer option to place your order, please allow 1 to 2 days for the money to clear before we begin processing your order.

If you used Payfast your money would have cleared immediately, and your order should already be on its way.

After you have placed your order we shall send you an automated email, confirming the order.

If, however, you have already submitted a credit card payment or we have received your direct deposit, We will confirm that we've received your payment.

If we receive your payment at a later stage, we will send you an email, confirming we've received your payment. If you have abandoned your cart due to any issues we shall send you a recovery email to recover the products you've left in your cart. 

At the point at which we dispatch your order to you, we shall send you an automated email, that will provide details of the delivery. If you are collecting your order, this email will provide directions to our offices and the parcel number you need to bring in order to claim your parcel.
